What we cannot take

Hotshot capacity is not the right tool for everything. We will tell you plainly if your freight belongs elsewhere.

  • Loads above 18,000 lbs
  • Freight needing refrigeration or enclosed, climate-controlled space
  • Hazardous materials unless specifically confirmed in writing
  • Pieces that exceed what can be legally permitted on the route

Paperwork to expect

  • Bill of lading: the contract and receipt for the freight
  • Rate confirmation with pickup and delivery terms
  • Proof of delivery signed by the consignee

Load ready? Let’s roll.

Send pickup, delivery, weight and dimensions. Dispatch confirms equipment and next steps.
